As a licensed and certified Adore Your Pelvic Floor coach, let me train you how to locate, protect, strengthen and relax this precious muscle group.  Supported by the latest research, and endorsed by Women's Health Specialist Physiotherapists, the unique 'Adore Your Floor' follows a 4 week face-to-face programme.  We cover many pelvic health topics, including:

  • How to recruit correct pelvic floor contraction.

  • Improving or correcting stress/urge incontinence.

  • Issues of prolapse and the management thereof.

  • How to exercise safely to protect and strengthen the pelvic floor.

We are committed to improving your health and provide ongoing advice and support through the 12 week functional home programme which includes access to informative videos via our members' closed facebook group or website
