Health and fitness is not just about what your body looks like on the outside but how it functions on the inside. Remember, your heart is a muscle too.  Using weights to build lean muscle mass, and movement to increase your heart rate, together we can maximise your fat-burning potential.

Tired of sitting all day in the office or car? Want to train with a friend - or two? No problem! Do your body a favour and get your blood pumping with a small group session to add extra fun to getting fit!

Sit Ups

Whether you’re training to lose weight, training for a specific event, or simply want to strengthen and tone, my programmes will help improve your fitness and leave you feeling great. You’ll see an improvement in your performance and general well-being within weeks!

Kettle Ball Squats

With a special interest in core training and pelvic floor awareness, my programmes are designed to strengthen and protect these precious areas and so provide a firm foundation for all other movements.
