Vitamins for vitality

Vitamins and minerals are vital to good health. Eating a varied and balanced diet is key.

Vitamins are classified as either water soluble or fat soluble.

The water soluble vitamins are:-

  • Vitamin B1(thiamin)

  • Vitamin B2(riboflavin)

  • Vitamin B3(niacin)

  • Vitamin B6

  • Vitamin B12

  • Vitamin C

  • Folic acid

  • Pantothenic acid

The fat soluble vitamins are:-

  • Vitamin A

  • Vitamin D

  • Vitamin E

  • Vitamin K
